I don’t have time to train anyone. Or, I expect people to be able to carry out tasks with little guidance or supervision for me.
I have established process and systems with checks and balances in place to help ensure quality standards.
I have a team of highly qualified managers who I meet with regularly. They keep my business running as well as I would while I focus on growth
