What Meeting Role do you take on?

There is a disagreement in your group project and there is obvious tension between two of the group members. Both of them feel like their idea is the best, what would you do?
Tell them both of their ideas are great
Try to get them to not argue and tell them they are getting off task by doing so
Write down the good and bad points of each of their ideas
Try to find a problem with both of their ideas so they can look at them from a different perspective
Double check the rubric to see if one of their ideas follows it more than the other
One of your group members who is a procrastinator always shows up to a weekly group meeting on Tuesday, but he often seems busy with working on random assignments from another class on his laptop and he pretends to participate in the group discussion while everyone else is having a great discussion. How would you deal with this situation?
Bring some snacks to share with him and try to interact him as a team.
Make sure he always has something to do with his team task during the meeting.
Record everything what each member did during the meeting to know if he actually participated.
Initiate to engage in conflict with him whether he is right or wrong in order to find the problem.
