People who have given up meat due to a medical condition.

People that only eat salads.

People that have drink based diets.

They choose which days to eat meat and which days not to and stick to it.

Would a vegan wear a leather jacket?

No because an animal has been harmed for this material.

Yes, it's not a food product.

It's the vegans choice.

What is one thing Islamic teaching says about animals?

Animals have been made for the benefit of humans but that it is our job to care for them and not abuse them.

Animals should not unnecessarily be beaten and should not be made to fight each other for human entertainment.

Animals have been made for us to use as we wish.

What is one other alternative way scientists have discovered to test cosmetics which does not use animals?

Using computers.

Using cells that are grown artificially.
