Eating Disorder Safety Assessment System

While talking to Natalie, one of your freshman residents, you find out that she struggled with an eating disorder in high school. She assures you that she is doing much better now, and enjoys eating with her roommates at the dinning hall and going out on the weekends. What level on the "Safety Assessment System" would this situation fall under?

Over the course of the next several weeks, you notice Natalie walking to the Rec everyday to workout and is gone for several hours at a time.

It's now the middle of October and you see Natalie down the hall walking towards her room. When you say hi to her from the other end of the hallway, she ignores you and quickly keys into her room. In the past, she has always stopped to talk to you for at least a minute or two. You also notice that she is looking very thin and tired.

It's right before Thanksgiving break and you notice that you haven't seen Natalie around the floor in a while. When you go knock on her door, her roommate answers and tells you that Natalie is at the hospital. She fainted while walking to class yesterday and stayed overnight.
