Writing Learning objectives and outcomes

The two reasons for writing learning objectives and goals are to provide a clear understanding to the instructor and a clear expectations of the measured outcomes.

Learning outcomes are specific, observable and measurable.

Learning objectives are student focused.

When formulating learning outcomes, they should NOT be wordy, complex and vague.
