Is your baby at least 4 months old?

Can your baby sit up alone without needing support?

Can you baby hold their head up straight?

Does your baby mouth at their fingers and toys?

Does your baby open their mouth when the see something coming towards it?

Does your baby turn their head away when they don't want something in their mouth?

Do they keep their tongue flat and low in their mouth so you can insert a spoon?

Does your baby close their lips over the spoon and scrape foods from it with their lips?

Does your baby keep the food in their mouth rather then squeezing it back out?

Does your baby show an interest in how others around him are eating?
