Depends on what we wanna achieve in a particular spot with certain hand

If someone limp/raised you from early position, and you have no information about his game:

We should iso/call him – if we decided to raise, our hand is good enough to play despite his raise

We should iso/fold – on small stakes tournaments it is common that people limp/raise only with top part of theirs range

We should fold, and make a note, not to isolate him again

We should put his range to the test, and click another raise

Imagine, you isolate an amateur player (CO vs MP limp), and the board is 468r. Whose range hits better this board?

If you rely on certain leak in limper's play (e.g. Big limp/fold, or big fold to cbet on flop) , and try to abuse it, but it don't work - what should you do?
