Please note that in proceeding you are agreeing to voluntarily take part as a precursor to a workshop on the Impostor Phenomenon at Anglia Ruskin University.  
 
The data will be destroyed after the workshops have been completed and will be used for no other purpose. No questions will ask you to identify yourself and there is no way of identifying you from the data.
 
Your questionnaire results will be known only by you.
