Claim & Move to last, (i.e. submit a bid, and whoever is higher on waivers, gets the player)
Auction (get a budget at beginning of season and you can only spend that amount) (i.e. Lucas and Tim both want the same player, Lucas bids 25, Tim 15 -> Lucas gets the player)
