Online Snake Draft (Thru ESPN) with a Group Zoom to Chirp along the way
Offline Draft (with a board) through Zoom (Likely will take longer, but is also a blast)
Waivers (Either way its a 2-day period then add/drop)
Claim & Move to last, (i.e. Submit a bid, and whoever is higher on waivers, gets the player)
Auction (get a budget at beginning of season and you can only spend that amount) (i.e. Lucas and Tim both want the same player, Lucas bids 25, Tim 15 -> Lucas gets the player)
Keepers for next season (Amount and policy TBD, but let me know if you want to explore that option)
