For New Tickets related to reopen Self Review you need to Convey to the manager to complete the task and wait for confirmation or check in MTC and then reopen self review and until then the ticket will be on hold

If HRBP asks us to add a coplanner and if coplanner and employee is in the same level we can still go ahead and add coplanner without approval

Employees who belong to Seasonal PT operations SUP Midyear Review will not be in scope for performance and they wont have acces to performance tab
