Are you aware of the process for organizing an STS sesssion?

I have no clue, I kinda figure it out then & there.

I know about the JIRA board.

I know about our local board (real or digital - PG&HK).

Where do you post the details of your session?

On the STS JIRA board.

On the STS Jira Board & the local board (if you have one).

I just send an email invite and put the details there.

I don't know, that's why I don't host STS sessions.

When you host a session do you make sure to set up a call as well in case other locations want to join?

No, I prefer to keep it local.

Sometimes if I think the subject involves people from other locations.

Yup, all the time in case anyone wants to join.

How do you let people know about your session?

I don't, they'll see the JIRA board or the local board (PG & HK).

I send an email invite to those I think should be participating.

I post it on slack channels.
