Hour 1: You’re there. You’re a flamingo now. You think:

Hour 2: It’s happening. Things are turning very flamingo, very quickly.

I am loving THIS DAY!!!!!

Why does it always have to be flamingos..

Feathers are chiiiiiiill.

Hour 3: The flamingo looks deep into your eyes. “SQWUAAAK”, it says. You reply:

Emotions, feathers. It’s all a blur.

Hour 7: You’re watching the sunset together. A tear rolls down the flamingo’s cheek. You:

Yep. You’re kissing it. It’s happening.

Enjoy watching it cry. Finally.

Remind the bird you’ll be back. Tomorrow.

Have been crying of beauty the whole day.

Hour 8: This spiritual, feathered journey is nearing its end – it’s time to say goodbye:

Ah. You’re already kissing some new bird.

You return home with food for a week.

You keep the flamingo costume on a while.
