If you cannot find an applicant on RE what do you do?
Check them under CN
Check their name on FD and look for a ticket from a client
Ask them if they have been interviewed over the phone already
Ask if they are using a new number to contact us
If an applicant asks if we have received their document, what do we do?
We transfer to T2 immediately
We check DP, FD or Front first before filling out CB form for T2
If Profile Advantage says the applicant already has a profile, what should we advice the applicant?
Ask if they can create a password and secret question
Let them choose "Forgot Password" and follow steps sent thru email
Ask them to choose Chatbot right away
Applicant gets locked out of the form. What do we do?
We provide their Profile ID and ask them to do Chatbot
We just tell them to use the Chatbot feature
Applicant says the form wont's accept his DL because it's already existing. What do we tell the applicant?
Ask if he clicked on the "Do you have another valid DL?" Question and ask him to go back to the previous page and answer again
