Click on the link to the SUB, then the link to the HW. If there is no “Buyer” tab on the HW, and it only shows “1 Linked Order” in the top right corner, it is a Homeowner’s plan. If there is a “Buyer” tab, and it shows “2 or 3 Linked Orders,” it is a renewal.

Click on Contacts, search by the phone number; if there is a Home Warranty that means it is a renewal policy
