To open the IVT tab from the worklist you just have to double click on the selected account. But if you are in the patient's folder, you must do the following to open the IVT tab:

Double click on the exam you want to work on.

Right click and select reschedule.

Right click and select IVT.

You cannot get to the IVT tab from the patient's folder.

To open the patient's folder form the IVT tab, you must do the following:

Right click directly on the "tab" and select Close All.

Right click directly on the "tab" and select show info bar

Double click on the patient's name anywhere in the IVT tab.

Right click directly on the "tab" and select patient folder.

You cannot get to the patient's folder from the IVT tab.
