TESTING-BookQuiz

In a virtual and fast-moving world, people and companies must become more adaptive and competitive or risk becoming obsolete and going out of business. To find out how innovative your team or organization is, take the innovation indicator.

The Innovation Indicator (I.I.) is based on the Innovation Equation: Innovation = Talent + Environment + Process (I= T+ E + P) described in the book, Solving the Innovation Mystery.

To determine your team or company Innovation Indicator score, please assess the level of innovation by circling the appropriate number listed below according to the following scale:
Section 1: Talent. The first factor in the Innovation Equation is talent. All creativity starts with talent—people with creative ideas. Talent is composed of at least three critical, but not necessarily exclusive, elements: Diversity, engagement, and mindset.
