Although goog.le is a valid 'shortened' google URL, you never know what's behind it.
URLs with @ between the http:// and the next / are almost always malicious.
audit.cc is Malicious - don't be fooled by the irs.gov after the first single / .
Misspelling .edu to .eu is a common malicious technique.
Note that capital I and lowercase l look almost identical, as do n and m on first scan.
You never know what might be behind a random IP number like 96.43.64.130 .
