Purpose
The purpose of this project was to prove that seismic waves increase in depth throughout the years;as they get closer to the coast
Hypothesis
My hypothesis is seismic waves will increase in gas throughout the years as they get closer to the coast .
Procedure
I compared actions of waves in the ocean also I assess the action of waves as they approached the coast. To initiate my experiment; I Purchased my supplies from a local Walmart. My supplies were: a fan, branches of leaves, a Camera, a flashlight and a foot tub. My hypothesis was seismic waves would increase in depth throughout the years; as they get closer to the coast.

Results
As waves reach the shore, their basis begin to touch the floor of the sea. Waves actually reach for the shore. In my project water literally soaked into the ground. I started , 2 constantly turn off the Settings on the foot tub as a result, the water violently hit the ground.
Conclusion
Large waves powered by hurricanes; can severely damage the coast. They can also cause flooding. Storm surges can affect the sea level. Storm surges reinforced by high tides can be horrific. They are responsible for distractive floods, and hurricanes. I truly enjoyed doing my research! I have learned a wealth of knowledge.

Abstract
Seismology is a category of science. It’s focus is the study of earthquakes, and the earths core. It deals with origin, and production of earthquakes. seismic waves are derived from earthquakes, or other movements of the earth . Earthquakes car says make waves; to be calm disbursed throughout center. Seismic waves form in both the land, and in the ocean. The two forms of systemic waves are: surface waves and body waves. Surface waves move across the surface. Body waves travel underground.
