What is a Lectern?
This is where the bible is kept. Members of the congregation will step up to the stand and read passages of the bible during the service. This can be made of wood, a plain stand or could be in the shape of an egale with spread wings.

A locked box placed on the Alter under the Cross in which the bread is kept for distribution to the sick. A white Sanctuary Lamp burns over the Tabernacle to draw attention to the reserved sacrament.

What is a Thurible?
This is a metal censer suspended from a chain which is used to burn incense during certain services. It is swung to release incense. The alter server who carries and uses this artifact is called the Thurnifer.
