Organising outfits, accessories, toiletries etc. You are not going to show up looking anything less than your best.

During your first day, you find a hideout where you can go for quiet time. Which one is it?

A mysterious den in the silk tree forest. It's a little eerie at first, but you make friends with some of the resident spirits, who pass the time by telling you stories.

A seemingly forgotten beach hut on the school's beach. It once belonged to an old caretaker but has long been abandoned. You can also eavesdrop on the conversations of beach dwellers from there.

A secret study. It's full of immersive books and long forgotten spells that you can indulge in until you have to return to reality.

An undiscovered clearing near the D'lo Lagoon. You can swim and dip your toes in the water, or just reflect on things you feel you need to.

You met your best friend on the ship to school. Who is it most likely to be?

Jeremiah from Guyana. He loaned you some money to get an onboard snack after seeing you holding up the line at the concierge.

Camila from Puerto Rico. She sensed you were feeling anxious and came to chat with you about the book she was reading. It made all the difference.

Esther from Dominica. You overheard her prospects of becoming Head Girl one day and were impressed, she's someone you'd like to have on side.

Liang from Trinidad. You spotted him alone, sketching the view from one of the windows and was blown away by his talent. He taught you a thing or two during the journey.

Amber from Saint Lucia. She smuggled a coqui frog under her robe and almost got caught, you covered for her when she was quizzed by one of the onboard staff members. She's loved you ever since.

Silas from Grenada. He helped you carry your luggage on to the ship after seeing you struggle.

Mateo from Cuba. He peer pressured you into joining an impromptu party on deck and you hated him for it at first, but it was the most fun you'd had in a while.

Lora from Jamaica. She noticed you practising some simple spells and challenged you to a light-hearted duel. Tons of people ended up watching and you beat her, she's respected you ever since.

Mischa from Suriname. She's loud and always trying to make jokes at your expense. You put her in her place publicly and she's never recovered.

Destiny from the Bahamas. She didn't like that her best friend was drawn to you on the first day and has been jealous about it since.

Nicolai from Barbados. Just as you were settling and making friends, he called you out for being too loud, humiliating you in front of the entire common room.

Estelle from Anguilla. You actually started out as friends but she flaked on your weekend plans one too many times.

Zaine from Sint Maarten. He's always making digs about how your family aren't from wealth just because his are. Jokes on him, though, because you trump him in almost every class but he fails to acknowledge it.

Sereyah from the DR. You stood up to her after noticing she was intentionally tormenting a bakru during a magical creatures class.

Ali from Aruba. He admires you big time but doesn't leave you alone. He's always snooping through your stuff.

Selena. She's the diva of your year. At dinner, she performed a romantic song written just for you in front of everybody.

Rhys. Your calm and quiet classmate who isn't as energetic as you, but understands you on a deeper level. He bought you your favourite candy and left you a hand-written note.

Carlos. The prolific bad boy who gets away with murder because his family are wealthy. As infuriating as he is, he's always had a thing for you and you guys have been toeing the line between enemies and lovers all year.

Nina. She's the most talented witch when it comes to all things nature. She's helped you boost your grades & gifts you a bunch of flowers, each one symbolic of her feelings towards you.

Tammy. The most athletic witch in the game. After an International Quidditch competition, she pulled you to one side and asked you to the Senior Carnival, letting you wear her jersey at the after-party.

Juvan. He's a year older than you and tutored you through most of your career. He makes a surprise visit to come and see you & buys you a magical pet of your choice with his invitation.

Daisy. She's the school's oddball. She surprised you with a spiritual message from one of your ancestors. Turns out she'd been watching you closely most of the year, and wanted to give you a kind gesture whether you accept her invite or not.

Johan. The class clown. You have always found him hilarious and if nothing else, he'll be good fun for the final party of your time at the magical school.

Which of these classes are you most likely to excel in?

Vodu/Obeah etc. Any form of magic that's seen as taboo in the human world. It gives you a chance to dabble in things you thought were off-limits and learn the true origin of these misunderstood art forms.

Caring for Magical Creatures. The sooner you can start training dragons and putting good use to magical coqui, the better. Animals are just your thing.

Potions. It's fun but knowing that your magic is going to be practical is better. Whether it's healing, wish-granting, or something else, potions are one form of magic accepted by the human world too (in the form of modern medicine)

Shapeshifting. Getting to try new identities and being the star of the show is what it's all about. You love having all eyes on you when it's your turn to do a demonstration.

Your professor gives you the chance to meet one legend from Caribbean folklore. Who do you pick?

Anansi. The cunning spider who always has a trick up his sleeve.

La Diablesse. The beautiful demon famous for luring men into the woods and then leaving them to suffer.

Papa Bois. Protector of the forest, all living things and a sworn enemy of hunters.

Douen. The playful spirits of children who roam the Earth, often causing mischief but are relatively harmless.

You can only achieve one of these things by the end of your life. Which one do you choose?

Identity. My likeness and being are known on a wide scale and my face is everywhere long after I've gone. My charisma, charm and essence are something people will miss and remember. I want people to reflect on my life in awe of who I was, not what I did.

Respect. My hard-work, creativity and intelligence didn't go unnoticed. I want to leave behind something tangible such as an important piece of research or art that tells people who I am long after I've gone. I want my talents to make a difference.

Compassion. I am okay with eventually becoming irrelevant or obsolete, as long as I can confidently say that I know I helped to improve somebody's life during my time on Earth. Teaching, nurturing and loving is what I want to be remembered for.

Inner-Peace. By the end of my life, I want to be able to say that I'm content with who I am. I'm someone who has many hurdles and obstacles to overcome. My time on Earth might not be used to massively impact others, but winning a battle against my own inner-demons will feel just as valuable. If I can say I've gained the love of myself, that's a win too.
