You are on a job and have a problem with the booking. Do you;

Using your device request a voice call from the dispatcher.

Use your own mobile and ring the office, and ask to speak to the dispatcher.

Ring a friend and have a chat, before sorting out the issues you are having.

On pulling up at the pick-up point you discover that your passenger has an assistance dog with them. Do you;

Drive away and mark the job as a no pick-up.

Offer assistance to the passenger with help getting into the car.

Tell them, “I don’t carry dogs and you will need to call another car”.

You are given a pick-up from a supermarket, the passenger has a number of shopping bags with them. Do you;

You are available for work and sat on a plot waiting for fare. A fare dispatched to another driver which you feel is wrong. Do you;

Request a voice call from the dispatcher for an explanation
