I was on the Regtap call yesterday and a carrier mentioned the change on the referral question being moved from the Benefit Package tab to the Cost Share Variance tab, and this was news to me. In the past, I would receive an email advising there was an update. Also, I check the site multiple times a day and there would be a revised date listed next to the template. In the future, will you be sending a notice on updates to the DRAFT templates, or placing a revised date next to the DRAFT template on the CMS QHP Certification site?

I am attempting to fill out a PBT for our off-exchange plans, due 5/2/2022. The Draft PY2023 PBT has Gender Affirming Care on the initial Benefits Package, but that field disappears when I create a new Benefits Package for subsequent plans. Am I missing something, or is this a known issue?

We wanted to make you aware our IT area noticed the following error, which seems to be due to changes in code made by CMS, and there seems to be a bug in the new template on the Benefit Package tab(s). If you open the template and click the left corner to select all cells; a VBA error will occur. Can you update your Plans and Benefits Template instruction manual making users aware if they do this “inadvertently” that it will “crash” (Generate the error below which cannot be bypassed), in the template according to IT? If there is a workaround, can you please advise and include in the instruction manual? This is informational as there is not a step in the manual advising users to do this, however someone could “inadvertently” do this and users need to be aware unless CMS corrects this. Especially if its done after they have entered a lot of data and then it “crashes”/errors out”. Then this would have significant impact.

Issue: The caller is trying to make a submission in HIOS which includes the the URRT and Actuarial Memorandum and policy IDs. The issuer is receiving an error message when he clicks submit. The issuer ID is 28137. I requested a screenshot of the error message.
