When someone is leasing the X10, what percentage are using it to avoid a MUA? What percentage use is to recover from an MUA? What percentage are using it for prehab? What percentage are using it for Knee replacement? What % for bilateral knee replacement? Estimates will work just fine but please be as accurate as possible.

What insurance carriers currently cover the X10?

How much of the cost is typically left to the customer after insurance?

What medical service providers currently carry or recommend the X10?

What prevents more medical service providers from recommending the X10? What prevents more insurance carriers from covering the X10?

What is the daily / weekly / monthly rate for leasing the X10 ?

Are there any price breaks/discounts for leasing the machine for longer periods of time? If yes, what are they?

Is there any benefit to the customer to extend the amount of time they have with the machine? How do you determine when there are diminishing returns to the customer versus the cost of keeping the machine?

What is the cost difference for the customer between the X10 and the CPM Machine?

How often, if ever, do the machines require maintenance? At any given time how many machines will be unavailable due to maintenance?

Are there any plans for an 'upgraded' version of the x10? If yes, what would be the benefits of this upgrade and is there an estimate for when this upgrade will be ready for launch?

Have you, or do you have plans for software updates to the machine? What were those updates, or what updates do you have planned? Did you or do you plan on marketing those updates?

Are there any well-established bugs or issues regarding the machines functionality that we should be aware of?
