Time Assessment

Appointments and important tasks are recorded in my personal calendar

I take a break from studying for a couple of days right after an exam

There is no time to sleep just before tests

During an hour of study, I take no more than a 10-minute break

I find myself running late for classes, appointments or other activities

I get 7-8 hours of sleep most nights

Friends' calls or visits often interrupt my study plans

I decline invitations or involvement in projects that might sabotage my study schedule

I carry study materials with me so I can use small bits of time that might otherwise be wasted, like waiting for class to begin, between classes, or waiting for a friend

I wait until I'm "in the mood" to begin studying

I do most of my studying on the weekends

I watch television more than two hours per day

I spend close to two hours in personal study for every hour of lecture I attend

I spend more than one hour a day in personal care (grooming, hygiene)

I exercise two or three times per week

I work (paid employment) twelve or more hours per week

I commute one or more hour(s) per day

My parental or familial responsibilities take at least four hours per day
