What is your role?

It is the second time that your group has met to work on your project. Your deadline is quickly approaching, & very little work has been done. Everyone decides to talk about their weekend instead of starting. How do you reply?
"Are you guys ready to have some fun?"
"Maybe we could work on the project instead?"
"They thought that we could.."
"We're spreading ourselves too thin with this one.."
"Have we mentioned ___?"
On your first day in COM 353, your professor put you into teams that you will work with for the rest of the semester. You don't know any of them well, but can tell that there is little motivation. Halfway through your first 1 hour meeting, barley any work has been done & you're getting tired of it. You react by saying:
"This project is so cool!"
"I think we should get back to work now"
"So what I'm getting from our notes is.."
"Can we trust that everything will get done?"
"What about the other parts?"
You have been working on a team project for 3 weeks & it is nearly complete. You get a group message from a teammate that says the computer it was saved on has stopped working. Everyone is instantly stressed & you decide to meet up as soon as possible. When you meet, your group members are distracted & discouraged. How do you react?
"Don't be stressed. We can handle this!"
"Are you guys ready to start yet?"
"Don't worry.. I have it written down"
"What if it happens again?"
"First off, let's make sure that we cover everything."
It is nearing the end of the semester & it is finally time for you to present your group project to the class! Everyone decides that I would be a good idea to meet & practice the presentation. You make a plan & wait until the next time you meet up to start practicing. When that time comes, not everyone is participating. You respond to this situation with:
"I can't believe we're almost done!"
"What you're doing is cool.. But what about our project?"
"Well we said earlier that.."
"Ok, this is fine. But what if.."
"Let's all double check that we have each point covered.."
Your group decided to meet & work on your project that you have to send in to your professor by midnight the following day. You have been working for 2 hours when a teammate says they think enough has been done for today, & they suggest meeting tomorrow. How do you reply?
"We're so close to done!"
"We've almost finished.. Let's just work until it is done."
"Based off everything we have said, we should.."
"I don't think that will work because.."
"We can't forget about ____!"
You just left a 3 hour class & are on your way to meet your team from COM 353. You have a lot of things on your mind, but aren't letting those bother you today. The group that you have been put in is not your first choice, but you have been doing your best to get work done. Others seem to be slacking off & you're getting tired of it, but want to get it finished. You react by saying:
"Let's go, guys! We're close!"
"Can we try to focus today?"
"Let's look at my notes & see where to go from here"
"I don't think we'll have enough time if we don't start working soon."
"Have we talked about ___?"
