What’s your focus? Choose the answer that best reflects your way of thinking.
A. I call my manager to find out if I am allowed to celebrate my team’s effort in some way and if my manager would like to help me organize it.
B. The more I think about it, I realize that it is the feeling of being appreciated that’s important to the team. I decide to skip the celebration part and give the team really positive feedback the next day instead. I will let them know how much I appreciate them.
C. Since I’m not very good at celebrating, I create a group of team members who are creative and like these kind of things. I let the team come up with a plan and take care of the celebration.
D. The targets for next month are going to be quite tough, hence I decide to let the team know that I will organize a nice celebration only if we reach our goals the coming month. I think this can motivate the team to keep up the good work.
