There is no minimum contract duration for the Salt Fiber. In case of cancellation during the 1st month a maximum fee of CHF 198.- will be applied. The cancellation fee decreases by CHF 6.- per month. After the 33rd month, no fee is applied.

You can't, SuperOffice are only for mobile customers. You should use VTI.

Customer wants to subscribe to Salt Fiber but already has Fiber internet with another provider. What should he do?
Nothing! We'll handle both the cancellation and transfer once he subscribes with us.
When he completes his subscription, he must cancel his current provider (he can use a template letter available on Salt's website). He is responsible to do it within the notice required by his current provider.
Contact his current provider so that he can obtain his "OTO-Trans" number and provide it to us.
How can a customer do a number portability with his fixline number?
After he completes his Fiber order he must go into his Fiber MyAccount and request the portability there.
He mentions his wished date for transfer and we plan it for him when he subscribes.
He must download the portability form our website and send it to us via e-mail to Fibertransfer@salt.ch.
How can a customer get his Salt Fiber invoice by e-mail?
He can switch the billing method on his Salt Fiber MyAccount.
