How High is Your Emotional Intelligence?

I switch off after work:
Very quickly, once I'm out of the door I'm relaxed
It takes me a few hours to get out of work mode
I don't switch off - ever
Why would I switch off? Work is an effortless expression of love
After a couple of glasses of wine (I struggle to wind down)
When it comes to time for myself:
I never seem to have any, other priorities always come up
I have a little, but definitely not enough
I have a good balance of work, social life, and time for me
My life is for me, and me only
When it comes to my emotions:
They run my life, I seem to always be in coping mode
They manage me more than I manage them
I am able to understand and unpack them rather than get stuck in a negative place
I am able to accept them
I don't have emotions, those are for normal people
I'm most upset:
By other people's expectations and comments about me
When I fail at a task I really care about
When I let somebody else down
I don't get upset - ever.
When I let myself down
I worry about other people’s opinions of me.
All the time, I have pretty bad social anxiety.
Worry is a pretty common feeling of mine.
Sometimes, but not often.

My emotions cause me to react to a situation in ways I later regret:
Most of the time
Some of the time
Sometimes, but less than once a month.
What's an emotion? I just do things
I am able to slow down and process my emotions so that they don't negatively impact my behaviour
I often find that I don’t have enough time in a day to do the things that I want to do.
