You’re great at navigating frequent flier programs, getting upgrades, claiming overhead space… But do you know how to navigate the short- and long-term effects of travel on your health?  The radiation … The less than stellar food …  Dehydration …  Time zone changes … Poor sleep… and, er, the occasional over-indulgence….

 

And that’s all BEFORE you get to your destination.
