How often do you see your women’s health provider?
As recommended — I see them once a year.
Only whenever I remember to, but I’m usually pretty good about staying on track.

I bring a list of questions, concerns, and any medications I’m currently taking.
I think of what I want to talk about on the drive there.
I usually just wing it and try to remember everything I want to talk about when I’m at the appointment.

How would you describe your relationship with your women’s health provider?
They’re my healthcare bestie.

I don’t tell them everything because I’m embarrassed, scared, or feeling some other kind of hesitancy.
