I am struggling to track progress with my business goals, human resource strategy, people performance, and/or general business growth.the mission, goals, hiring and sales strategy for my business.

I have not been able to attract or retain the right people to help my business thrive.

I don't feel that my team is loyal to my business.

I feel like the culture or energy transfer within my business is not contributing to the success of my business.

I'm ready to grow my business, but don't know how.

The leaders (perhaps including me) could benefit from some added support thru development and coaching.

It's not easy managing conflict, and my business is currently not in it's best state because current challenges are not being managed at best.

I suspect my employees are experiencing issues at home or even in the office, but likely not comfortable talking to anyone.
