What describes your relationship with food?
I try to eat as low calorie as possible
I cut out certain food groups (ex. carbs)
I am good during the week but over do it on the weekends
I love food and want to be able to eat more and stay lean

Coffee for breakfast, fruit for lunch, salad for dinner, & go to bed hungry
Protein bar for breakfast, salad for lunch, chicken and veggies for dinner, little snacking

I workout everyday

I follow a 5 day weight lifting program , little to moderate cardio
How is your dieting/ fitness affecting your quality of life?
Super low energy makes it hard to be present. Struggle in the work place/ doing things I love
My social life/ relationships suffer bc of anxiety around food
Discouraged, low confidence, feel skinny fat, self esteem at an all time low
It is great, but I know that I have more potential to feel more confident and feel more educated
