If there is a conflict:
You try and find middle ground and have each side sacrifice something
You want to make sure everyone's voices are heard
You assert your views before taking the time to listen to anyone else's
You put the relationships first to avoid conflict
You try to escape the confrontation
If the conflict starts to get heated and the tension is rising:
You want everyone to calm down and you may ask less of them in order to get over the conflict
You are as adamant about expressing your opinion that led to the conflict as you are others express theirs
You make sure you get what you want out of the conflict without worrying about what’s said and whose feelings may be hurt, which may include yelling or raising your voice
You try to get everyone to calm down, which may mean sacrificing your own desires that brought the conflict about
You get intimidated by the conflict and retreat or try to push it off for another time
You are upset with your group, how do you go about expressing your feelings?
I discuss my issues with the group in hopes of reaching a compromise
I voice my concerns with the group and then ask the group about their concerns. From there we will work everything out together.
I voice my concerns sternly and I will not let it go until all of my issues are handled.
It’s probably my fault. I would apologize for making them upset.

There are issues with communication in the team, how are you confronting this situation?
You let the group know there's an issue with the methods of communication in hopes of correcting it.
You try to find a method that works best for everyone in order to maximize everyone's communication.
YOUR PHONES ARE ON YOU ALL THE TIME, THERE IS NO EXCUSE WHY YOU SHOULD NOT BE ANSWERING MY TEXTS.
I would add the app they want me to use to communicate even though I don't have enough space for it on my phone.I'll sacrifice my favorite gaming app.

You let them know it’s wrong and hope that they will fix it.

You tell them they’re wrong and need to fix it now.
