1) When you are planning your travel itinerary, you:

I keep it simple. I avoid complex trips and visit the main cities making simple transfers. I don't need complex trips to enjoy myself and don't like complicating life! ;)

I end up planning relatively simple trips, cause I don't have the patience or time to plan complex itineraries. I would like to make more complex trips, but can't face hours of planning for that.

I put time and effort in planning a complex itinerary visiting hard-to-find places. The travel in the end is worth the effort!

I normally travel because my partner insists on this idea...He/she plans the trip and I only have to pretend I love it!

2) From the following list, which one is the most important for you?

The convenience of purchasing a single package with everything I need from a travel agency.

The simplicity of booking everything online, the way I like and on my own time.

Benefit from large scale negotiations that travel agencies can offer and therefore save in the total package.

Save by booking everything online. I don't pay others to do what I can do myself!

The assistance that travel agencies offer. If something goes wrong, they have to solve it and I don't need to bother.

I don't enjoy any of those. What an awful quiz!

3) Do you do any research about what to do on your destination?

I master the research so as I don't miss anything about my destination. I like getting there knowing what I want to do.

My agent tells me what to do.

Very little. I search no more than 2 attractions that I don't wanna miss. The rest I find out when I am at the destination, and I'm fine with that.

I don't have time to do a lot of research and end up finding out what to do at the destination, although I know I might miss a lot of good stuff with this approach.

My family does it (I imagine) and I just pay the bill...

4) From the following awful list, which option is the most scary for you?

Go through a lot of hassle in my trip.

Overpay for tours and attractions.

Return from my trip without having learned about a new culture.

Leaving home. That is scary!

5) How do you explore your destination?

No restrictions! I mix totally with the locals and get to know a new world of culture and flavors.

I explore the main attractions. I walk around the city a lot and sometimes join a few tours, but I don't risk too much on the food.

I just enjoy myself and my family (and kinda counting down the minutes to go back home).

I run from the main attractions and always explore a few places that only the locals know.
