Judge the Talent: Children Show Edition
Are you ready to step into the shoes of a talent show judge? This quiz will challenge your understanding of how to give feedback to young performers and create a positive and encouraging environment!

If a kid is very bad at their Talent or you do not like it what do you do/say?
First point out what you liked then tell them what they could work on them tell them why you think that they are not ready yet( let them down easy)
Say, “You stick” and boo them
Say you should stick to things that you are actually good at

You should create your own strategy with in reason but make sure that you let them down easy and make sure that you tell them what they did right and what they could do better at
What do you do if the kid is amazing?
Tell them that they are not amazing and that they are awful and stink
Tell them that they are amazing with out any detail

Tell them what you loved and what they can work on and then Tell them that they made it to the next round
When the kid/kids come on in what should you do?
Make them feel at ease and comfortable with what they are doing you can ask them how their day was and some random questions about them first
Make them think that you are funny and feel comfortable you can crack some jokes if you want to
Make them feel like they are really bad and scared
Intimidate them to make them feel pressure and be very scared
When you are doing the show do not what?
Do not just randomly laugh this is a real thing and if you can not handle it you can not be in it
Do not laugh at the person preforming
Do not have random conversations with your fellow judges/ cast/ anyone else
Make sure that you follow the rules
Make sure that you make everyone feel comfortable
Make sure that you act natural and are best friends with your fellow judges and crack some jokes
