Not really - we use software but I don't have one place where I can see where everyone is in the various processes

Yes! I control my hours, take regularly scheduled breaks throughout the year, and incorporate wellness every day that I choose to

I do my best - I have some solid practices that I keep daily, but there are more that I'd like to do so I can truly be my best self

It varies - Some weeks I have the physical & mental capacity to engage in the activities that I'd like to do, but some weeks I'm so drained that I just can't wait until the work is done so I can rest

Not really - When I get busy, everything personal falls by the wayside & I have to take a long break to recover

The number of hours I work each week allows me to incorporate time to take care of myself (self-care, etc.) family (attend appointments, attend events), & my community (attend events, show up for others)

Yes - I work a limited number of hours on most weeks - I've got automations & help that allows me to live my best life outside of my business

It varies - I have some very busy weeks when I'm involved with clients, but some weeks are slow

I'm always hustling, but I try to make time for the important stuff for family & friends - though I'd like some more time for myself
