Yes! I control my hours, take regularly scheduled breaks throughout the year, and incorporate wellness every day that I choose to
I do my best - I have some solid practices that I keep daily, but there are more that I'd like to do so I can truly be my best self
It varies - Some weeks I have the physical & mental capacity to engage in the activities that I'd like to do, but some weeks I'm so drained that I just can't wait until the work is done so I can rest
