Copyright laws protect the owner of a piece of work from unauthorised use?

If you create a resource using facilities provided by the school, you will still retain the copyright because you are the creator

If a Student creates a resource at school, do they own the copywrite?

If you create a resource at home for use at work, you own the copywrite

Under fair use, you can not use copyrighted material for the purposes of education

A school may take a resource you have created and use it for commercial purposes without violating your copyright

Resources made by students for school purposes such as videos, blogs, posters are owned by the students

A program you create for the the school you are working at is owned by the school.

You can copy a worksheet / activity you find of the internet without infringing the author's copyright

Turnitin have rights to commercialise ideas submitted from students assignments
