There are times when I have loads of energy and can often get by with very little sleep

I have the ability to focus and stick things out which means that I can see a project through big challenges - from idea to implementation.

I have worked in my current field (or area of expertise) for the last 10 years or more

I make sure to reflect on what I’ve done by keeping a journal or making notes daily of what has worked well and what can be improved.

People would say that I am confident in my abilities and performance

I can put myself in other people’s shoes and show empathy for what they’re going through

When making a decision, I always take into account the impact it will have on others

I don’t shy away from conflict

I’m known to have strong opinions and I express them freely.

I’m currently a manager of a team (2 people or more) that reports directly to me
