What should you do if Ahmed throws the iPad, during trade -in?
Call for staff to assist with problem behavior.
Immediately present any work (GMI's, social questions,etc.) and reinforce with checks.
Terminate trade-in, wait until 10 s calm, resume work schedule.
Remain calm, but it's fine if you roll your eyes and state to yourself, "really, you just earned iPad and now you throw it"

If Ahmed earns 20 checks while trading in imminently present the iPad, if Ahmed finished trade in and has still not earned 20 checks, return to work.
