We serve our members through activities that connect and educate members, foster community, and cultivate an inclusive culture. Furthermore, in accordance with Cox's goals of increasing relevancy, diversity, and inclusion, we work with other ERGs to advise senior leadership on policies and practices that benefit ERG members

Our mission is simple: to establish and engage a safe space for employees of African descent and their allies to cultivate relationships and provide tools and opportunities for development. We’re dedicated to offering access to internal and external events and resources that attract, retain, empower, and inspire Black/African-American employees across all the Cox family of businesses.
