What's My Hormone Issue?

I deal with heavy bleeding and painful periods.

My periods have changed a lot/gotten worse in the last several months/years.

It's hard for me to get out of bed in the morning, and my energy goes up and down throughout the day.

I deal fibroids or ovarian cysts, or sore/fibrocystic breasts.

It's hard for me to lose weight.

I rarely have a bowel movement everyday/I mostly go every other day or 2 days.

I have pain in my lower abdomen, especially around ovulation or right before/during my period.

I have trouble falling or staying asleep.

I'm seriously moody the 2-5 days before my period.

I'm skipping periods OR they are coming every 2-3 weeks.

I have a lot of gas and bloating.

I spot between periods.

My anxiety is much worse than it used to be (and it can impact my sleep).

I tend towards loose stools or constipation.
