I think the world is a place that requires order. It is important for me to feel that the world is controlled by rules and laws that I can rely on. I myself like to follow the rules to a great degree and expect others to do so as well.

I see rules as a framework, as information about where I should be, but I don't take them that seriously. I see the world as one big jungle where the smartest or strongest wins.

When I'm working on a task, I prefer to complete it to the last detail first before I move on to another task. I like to be able to concentrate and not be interrupted. I prefer to work consistently on one task and then get on with the next task when I've finished it. When I am interrupted, it can be frustrating or even upsetting.

It's perfectly normal for me to multitask. I like to work on several things at the same time. All it takes is for an idea to strike me or a new impulse to come along, and I can immediately interrupt my work to get an answer or move another project forward. It's typical for me to often rush to complete a task at the last minute, and quite often I need to extend a deadline.

My work performance is steady. I work at a concentrated pace at about the same speed and can thus anticipate when I will complete a task. Any disruption to my concentration and performance does me no good. When someone visits me in the office or calls me on the phone, I can be grumpy about it. I then find it difficult to get back on track and it costs me valuable time.

My work performance is unstable. I have moments when a burst of energy comes in and I get an overwhelming amount of work done. But there are also times when I just can't get anything done and aimlessly browse the internet or social media. When I'm interrupted at work, I'm usually able to deal with it quickly and resolve the situation. I quickly forget about it and move on.

Contact with other people is crucial for me every day. I need to discuss my thoughts with others, to talk about work, relationships, my insights. It often happens to me that by talking out loud with others, I sort out my thoughts or even find the answers I'm looking for. Working in a group energizes me.

I like contact with people, but only on a limited basis. I need a good deal of time to myself to sort and organize my thoughts, feelings and experiences. The presence of others causes me to reach out to understand them, not myself, and then I sometimes feel confused or exhausted. One-on-one collaboration is much more enjoyable for me.

Working as a team fills me with the feeling that we are one organism that can do great things. Even better when I can lead the team and be seen. It's natural for me to present my ideas to others and discuss. I even enjoy sharing an office and being able to communicate both work and personal topics with others frequently during work.

If I have a task to complete or a lot of work to do, I need quiet and solitude. In a team, I like to get new suggestions, information and opinions, but then I need my peace and space to be able to come up with a solution or complete the activity. I can handle presenting my own ideas in a circle of people I know, but I still find it uncomfortable. I don't feel very confident presenting to strangers.

I perceive and understand the whole, I am interested in the connections that make up the big picture. I enjoy big projects that have a big reach, even worldwide. I would prefer a larger team in an international company than working individually for a small local company. I often see my life and work from a perspective, as one big living picture.

I start with the details. They are key for me and if it is the details that are not working, I feel that the thing is not ready or finished. I see my life from my personal perspective, I am one drop in the sea of lives and destinies around me. I prefer to work independently rather than participate in a huge project with many other people.

I have a great imagination. It's easy for me to imagine anything. Like an elephant driving a pink airship while singing like Elvis Pressley. I can see anything instantly in all the details in my mind. I can expand these images and visions in my mind and see where they can go, what ideas they can link to.

I am a practical person. If I have to work with something, I need to touch it or see it. Physical contact is important to me. And not just with things, but also with people. It is important for me to shake hands with another person, to feel them, to sense them. My imagination is not bad, but I usually prefer something practical and tangible.

I have a very decent memory. I can remember a lot of information for a long time if I want to, and I can connect them in my mind. At the same time, I learn quickly and understand new things and concepts. All I have to do is give a basic outline of an idea and I can connect everything in my head by myself.

When I come into contact with a new thing, I can usually accurately guess the quality of the material, the workmanship and how much work it was to create it. I don't have a good memory for abstract and general things, but once I learn something I can put it into practice at any time later in life.

I know I'm supposed to be strong and handle conflict, but they don't do me any good. When I can, I like to avoid conflict through my speaking up or my ability to run away quickly. I usually try to seek an agreeable solution, even if it's not necessarily beneficial to me. As long as there is no conflict.

I am not afraid of conflict. I know how to stand my ground and I will fight when necessary. Not because I am aggressive, but because I will defend my opinion or the truth. Even if I feel others want me to do something I don't want to do, I usually won't back down. I find it weak when someone can't stand up for their opinion and fight.

I am constantly evaluating and analyzing the world around me. In my head I can see how much the car my colleague bought must have cost, how much water the rain splashed or how much work it will cost to finish the project on my desk. The world is a huge amount of data for me, and I choose which ones to work with.

I feel and perceive life around me through my heart. I feel the emotions of others, I perceive their feelings and motives. When I see someone crying, I tend to cry with them. When someone rejoices beside me, I feel their joy as if it were my own. People and their stories are more important to me than information, structures and systems.

When it comes to exchanging opinions or even making an argument, I debate and try to be constructive. Relationships and emotions interest me, but I don't feel comfortable in them. Sometimes they even complicate my life. If everyone thought logically, things would be easier for me. Logic has its rules, so one can often assume how others will behave.

I perceive what others want or need to hear and can use it appropriately. I am diplomatic in relationships, I know how to choose my words so as not to hurt anyone. If I wanted to, but try to avoid it often, I can manipulate others and influence their opinions through the emotions they feel.

It is natural for me to be hardworking and to see the results of my work behind me. I enjoy working and often find work to be a hobby. I understand how finances work and it is natural for me to think about money often. Especially in terms of how to earn and multiply it. When I'm looking for answers, I'm interested in scientific studies.

I would like to be hard-working and wealthy, but in the end I prefer relationships and I don't venture into great feats of work. I feel it could endanger my relationships and I don't want that. Rather than working with data and analysis, other people's stories and experiences are important to me. For me, finance is more a form of life energy that I like to enjoy in the here and now. Even if sometimes I happen to be in lack of it.
