Person- Memories of my past keep haunting me everyday. I can't concentrate properly. I tried to move on but failed terribly. Because of those memories, I need to always stay on my guard and it’s tiring me out.

Person- I just wish I never existed you know? I mean what’s the point of living anyways? Sometimes even breathing is so overwhelming for me. I wish I could just disappear. I don't want to do or be anything.

Life is beautiful .You should not feel like that at all.
.You should be grateful for the things you have. Others are in much worse condition than you. Think about them and imagine how lucky you are compared to them so you should try to be a bit more appreciative and stop complaining so much.
Don’t say stuff like that. I'm glad you exist. You mean so much to a lot of people. You are doing great. I’m proud of you.
Person-I try to do the best I can, I try to make sure that I don't hurt anyone in the process. But regardless of my good intentions, I end up hurting someone.

You didn’t hurt anyone intentionally. You are feeling bad and that shows you are a good person. Don't feel so guilty. Your intentions are good and that matters

Person- I can't ever consider myself as a part of anything. Whether it be my family, my friend’s group or anywhere else really. I always feel like a worthless unneeded burden.
