Instructions:

This test involves 10 items. You have three minutes to solve as many items as possible. You will not lose points for incorrect responses.

Each item contains a series of squares. These squares represent a square piece of paper in the various steps of the paper being folded. The last shape in the series shows what the piece of paper looks like when it is folded. There will also be a circle or other shape that represents a piece cut out or 'punched' out of the folded paper.

You must determine what the piece of paper will look like if it is unfolded to its original square shape. There are five potential responses numbered 1-5, for each item.

Please proceed to a few practice questions when you are ready. These practice questions will not count towards your final score. The test will begin immediately following the practice questions.
