WHAT'S YOUR BODY LIKE?
Small-boned, hard to put on muscle, joints often crack
Medium bones, able to put on muscle, more of an athletic build
Bigger boned, round features, tend to put on weight easily
WHAT'S YOUR HAIR AND SKIN LIKE?
Always dry, my skins drinks moisture and I get split ends all of the time! My hair tends to be wavy.
Oily/ sensitive- I easily get acne, inflammation or redness. My hair is soft, and might even be red or blonde with a reddish tint
Combination- oily t-zone but dry in other areas. Hair is thick and curly.
HOW'S YOUR APPETITE AND EATING HABITS?
Irregular- sometimes I’m not hungry all day then other times I’m ravenous. I tend to snack, but it can be difficult to sit down for a meal because I feel so busy.
Ravenous- I get super hangry if I miss a meal! I like having set meal times.
Steady- I can miss a meal but prefer not too. I eat healthy but lose control and I tend to binge eat.
NOW HOW IS YOUR BODY TEMPERATURE?
I’m always freezing! I hate the cold, and always have to carry a sweater with me!
I get overheated easily. I can’t stand extreme heat and humidity.
I can handle hot and cold temperatures but prefer being warm because I get cold hands and feet.
HOW’S YOUR DIGESTION?
Variable- Sometimes it’s fine then other times I’ll get extremely bloated!
Strong- I can eat just about anything and feel fine. Sometimes I do suffer from heartburn and/or diarrhea if I eat spicy foods/
Slow- I often feel tired after eating a meal and it takes me a while to digest food

The struggle is real. More on the dry and hard side, tendency towards constipation
Fabulous- on the looser side and sometimes twice a day!
Pretty regular- once a day, not usually a struggle.
HOW’S YOUR SLEEP AND DREAMS?
I get insomnia because I have so many thoughts before bed. I have very active and imaginitive dreams.
Soundly but not for many hours. Dreams are realistic and often problem solving.
Heavy- I feel like I could sleep forever! I often wake up still tired. Usually sleeping too heavy to dream much.
WHAT’S YOUR PERSONALITY LIKE?
I’m creative, vivacious, idealistic and free-spirited.. People tend to call me eccentric (and flaky)!
I’m hard-working, ambitious, goal-oriented and organized.. People tend to call me driven!
I’m peaceful, good-natured and humorous.. People tend to call me chill!
WHAT ARE YOU LIKE IN DIFFICULT SITUATIONS?
I tend to get anxious and nervous. I’m a big over-thinker.
I tend to get impatient and snap. I sometimes lose my temper.
I tend to suppress my emotions and feel sadness, even though I don’t like to show it.
WHAT’S YOUR WORK-LIFE LIKE?
I tend to have a lot of projects going on at once, hard to finsish. I’m excited by new ideas and like to express myself. Hard to keep the same job for a long time. My resume is diverse.
I’m a perfectionist and detail oriented. I do well in fast faced environments. Dedicated to seeing things through. I enjoy working in teams and being a leader.
I’m loyal to whoever I work for and work well with my hands. I can keep the same job for a while even if I don't like it that much.
WHAT KIND OF EXERCISE DO YOU ENJOY?
Anything that involves movement! Dancing, running, spinning, yoga, pilates, I love to stay active!
Anything with competition! Lifting weights, high intensity interval training, Power Yoga, team sports
Something more chill- taking walks outside, stretching. But when I do rigorous exercise I have really strong endurance.
