Be slightly up or behind and on the opposite side of the pitch to the play
Cross the Midline
Clean up after a challenge
If 1 Hits the Ball at net or to 2
1 is now 3 and rotates back, 2 becomes 1 and 3 becomes 2
1 is now 2 and rotates back, 3 becomes 1 and 2 becomes 3
If 1 and 2 double commit:
2 pushes again and 1 goes to 2
Both 1 and 2 need to go to position 3 and 3 needs to push up.
