Deviations will happen on shift, however, it is in our power and a part of our responsibility at KFC to PREVENT them! (this is why we have procedures and standards like hand-washing) :D
As a team, we need to work together to achieve this by being more aware of our surroundings, cleanliness and procedures.
Working together we can aim to prevent deviations from happening and prevent them from happening again in the future or causing an accident!
