What updates we have in the order cloner?
We can copy delivery date in the cloned order.
We can copy several products not only the first one only.
We can copy comments and instructions in the cloned order.
When we leave a comment - Scam suspected: we do not proceed until we talk to recipient to confirm she is real - what mark will appear near the recipient's name.

How to remove Scam mark?
Click twice on the mark and delete it.
Go to the watchlist and delete scam mark.
Add a standard comment "Recipient info verified" and scam mark will be deleted. The red exclamation mark changes to a green one
Scam mark can not be deleted.
What can we see now in declined attempt pink comments in GM?
We can see how many Credit cards client used.
We can see the info about the CC used, same as we have for completed payment blue comment.
We can see Bin and bank name.
We can see 3 D secure results.

We added a new field *Comment me* under the sender's and recipient's phone numbers. Who may see it and how can we use it?
It is a comment for partner. We can change it via "edit" There we leave alternative phone numbers.
This is a comment for Cop Team, they should click on it twice and amend if the phone number of the recipient is incorrect.
this is for internal use only for CSS to leave internal comments when needed. For example, when number unreachable/incorrect.
This comment apears automatically when the order is moved to NA folder via the reason- Phone invalid. It is visible for partners.
When we can use a new comment "Cancel if no update"?
For unpaid orders if no payment.
For scam orders if no updates from recipient.
For suspicious frauds.
