Can you survive a night in Strangetown?

You are on the run from the law. After driving through the desert for days searching for a place to rest for a while, you finally see a small town. The sign reads: "This is Strangetown. Keep driving". What do you do?

You've arrived in the only motel in town and gotten a room. The young clerk tells you he knows the name you gave, Person McPerson, is fake, and winks.

The clerk smiles and says you remind him of his father. He invites you to hang out with him and his friends tonight.

You drive to the edge of town where the clerk told you to meet him and his friends. It's an empty patch of desert and there's no one else there. You wonder if you've gotten lost.

You get in your car and start heading for the motel, when an indiscernible figure by the side of the road gestures for you to stop.

You stop the car and cross the road. The figure turns out to be a woman dressed in red. She explains that she sprained her ankle and needs help.

You wait for a while, walking around aimlessly, but it's obvious no one is coming. The clear desert sky is beautiful and the surroundings are unnaturally quiet. You finally decide to head for the car, when you feel a soft tap on your shoulder. A chill runs down your spine..

You meet the clerk and his friends at the town square. They say there's not much to do for fun around here, so they usually either egg houses or get high. They ask which one you'd rather do.

You join the clerk and his friends in egging the most bizarre house you've ever seen, which they say belongs to a trio of scientist brothers. You notice a telescope at the top of the roof.

The woman in red thanks you for the offer, but tells you she's not sure where her home is. She says you could drive around and she'll know it when she sees it.

After almost an hour of driving up and down, the woman sees a large, creepy, castle-like house and declares this is probably her home, 'Goth Manor'. She says you can drop her off here.

You settle into your bed, exhausted. The moment you're about to fall asleep, loud sex noises from the room next door wake you up. You wait for them to calm down but they're only getting louder.

A redheaded alien woman answers the door and asks what your problem is. When you tell her you're trying to sleep she tells you to fuck off and closes the door on your face.

You bang on the door angrily. You hear brief arguing from the room before the alien woman opens the door again. Her sexual partner says this motel thing is getting old and storms off. The alien turns to you with tears of fury in her eyes, and tells you you have ruined her relationship.

Your complaining having had no effect, you try to ignore the noises to no avail. Since staying in the room is unbearable, you decide to go out. Where will you go?
