Sinergy in the team is bad. Basically everybody cares about his own problem only, nobody really listens to others, there is little proactivity when solving problems. This can be the result of the long time spent in home office due to corona.
We have only some areas where we can develop ourselves and make career. :( The cause is that we have strong dependence from the Siemens/VSeA and they determine what we can deal with and to which project we can connect.
TM says allways there is enough money for going to training if we like. When requested altough it's rejected because they planned some other training nobody wants to apply for. If there is really enough money let us choose what is interesting or useful for us. TMs are not really deep in technical stuff, maybe we know it better what could be beneficial. Or say that we can go only for mandatory trainings they choose.
I can't gain as much experience here as I think I should. It is hard to get to a "senior" level and get a valuable skillset.
We get the information regarding the new projects/the lost projects/ the strategy goals/future only in the "last minutes". Usually we already get lot of information from elsewhere and not from our management and sometimes we inform them.
The future of our team is unclear.
